This method has a high oil extraction rate of more than 99% and a very low residual oil rate.
5. Filtration and preliminary refining:
- The extracted crude oil contains impurities such as phospholipids, free fatty acids and solid particles. These impurities are removed through preliminary filtration equipment such as plate and frame filters or continuous filters to obtain purer crude soybean oil.
6. Oil refining:
